minc directly, with no Linux or container runtime in between. The kernel sets up memory, threads, the network card and a
TCP/IP stack. tsmc, a TypeScript runtime, runs
on top of it through the same file, thread and socket interfaces it uses on Linux or Windows, and
serves this page over TLS.
